1. Order Processing & Activation

  • Processing Time: Digital orders are typically processed and activated instantly or within 24 hours from the date of purchase, following payment confirmation from SSL Wireless.

  • Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email and/or SMS containing your order details and instructions on how to access your course.

2. Standard Delivery Timelines

In accordance with local regulations and for compliance purposes, our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: Access/Delivery within 5 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Access/Delivery within 10 working days.

  • Note: While the legal window is as stated above, most digital materials are available on your dashboard immediately after payment.

3. Delivery Methods

We provide Digital Delivery for all our products. We do not ship physical items (books, DVDs, or hard copies).

  • Video Classes: Delivered via streaming directly through the eea.bd platform (View-only).

  • PDF Materials: Delivered via digital download links within your student dashboard.

  • Exams & Mock Tests: Delivered through our interactive online exam portal.

4. Technical Requirements for Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to:

  • Provide a valid and accurate email address and phone number during registration.

  • Ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access the streaming content.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery or access issues caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines through our automated system, unforeseen technical issues or maintenance may cause temporary delays. In the event of a payment gateway delay (e.g., between SSL Wireless and our server), activation may take up to 24–48 hours for manual verification.

6. Shipping Restrictions

As a digital platform, our services are accessible globally. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring that accessing our medical education content complies with their local geographic regulations.

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

Since our products are digital and delivered via account access, "non-delivery" refers to a failure to activate the course on the user's dashboard. If access is not granted within the specified timeline, please contact us immediately for manual resolution.
