1. Eligibility for Refund

• Digital Courses: To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 3 days of purchase.

• Course Access: A refund is only applicable if you have viewed less than 10% of the video lessons.

• Downloadable Content: Since PDFs and lecture sheets are downloadable and permanent, no refund will be issued if any PDF resource associated with the course has already been downloaded.

• Exams & Certificates: If you have already attempted a mock test or a certificate has been generated, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@eea.bd or call +8809678770220 with your order number and details of the issue.

• Our team will review your request based on your course engagement logs (watch time and download history).

• Payment Gateway Fees: Please note that transaction service charges deducted by our payment partner, SSL Wireless (SSLCommerz), are non-refundable.

• If approved, the net amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, please check your bank account or MFS (bKash/Nagad) statement again.

• Contact SSL Wireless or your card issuer bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@eea.bd.

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
